We have ourselves a running analysis experience where people put their bodies on the line so they can learn how to run without injury, and they don’t trust science alone. Another problem? The largest commercial brand in the world is launching this altruistic analysis and truly wanting to help athletes. The company comes with a reputation of being fiercly commercial. How might we appeal to all types of runners, in order to expand the brand and successfully launch within a short timeframe?

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. From start-up product launches to embedding with teams for refinement, we provide clear strategy analysis and timelines before starting any work.

Will I need to plan my entire project before beginning?

Some projects, such as large scale launches, may require a buiness brief and internal product management planning. Smaller scale projects will fall under a rolling timeline structure. We can advise on the necessary permissions and help with the process if needed.
